Address changes can only be made before the order ships, so please reach out as quickly as possible.
You may send us an email anytime at Submit a request – uniball please select the subject, Update Shipping Address or call our Consumer Care Department at 800-962-2222 (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address to the one you provide.
To request a shipping address change, please have the following ready:
- Your order number
- Order status
- The correct shipping address
What happens if the order has already shipped?
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please contact our Consumer Care Department.
