For LAMY products, returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that the item is accompanied by the original receipt. We accept returns or exchanges for purchases made in new, unused, and unaltered condition, and free of damages caused by the customer. Items returned beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
However, fountain pens that have been inked, items that have been engraved or imprinted, and EMR boxes that have been opened are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
