Basic troubleshooting steps:

Check for a protective wax seal. To remove the protective wax tip, simply grip the wax tip between your fingers or use a tissue for a better hold, then gently pull it straight off the pen. The wax should come off easily without needing any tools. If there’s a little wax left on the tip, just wipe it away with a tissue. Please avoid twisting, scraping, or using sharp objects, as this could damage the pen.
- To fix ink flow issues: scribble firmly on scrap paper for a few seconds to prime the ink, especially if unused for a while. Then check the tip for damage or debris that could block flow.
